Refund Policy

1. Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in any of the courses or services offered by Mudrank Trading Institute (hereinafter referred to as “MTI”), you agree to adhere to the following no-refund policy. All payments made to MTI are non-refundable under any circumstances after the initial 7 days of enrollment.

2. Refunds

MTI does not provide refunds for any fees paid for our courses, programs, or services after the initial 7 days of enrollment. This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal or cancellation.

3. Cancellation and Withdrawal

If you wish to cancel your enrollment or withdraw from a course or program, you must do so within the first 7 days of your enrollment to be eligible for a refund. After this 7-day period, no refunds will be provided.

4. Administrative Costs

Please note that the fees you pay to MTI are used to cover administrative and operational costs, including course materials, instructor salaries, and other expenses incurred by MTI in delivering educational services. Therefore, refunds cannot be provided beyond the initial 7-day window.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, MTI may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds or credits for fees paid beyond the 7-day period. Such exceptions will be made on a caseby-case basis and are not guaranteed.
